ReFUNDS & Exchanges POLICY

Krawler Customs Aftermarket Parts & Accessories offers a 15 day no hassle refund policy on all items in original condition (Except for “SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS”, “TUNERS & PROGRAMMERS” WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES UNLESS THE MANUFACTURER ADVISES US ON IT), subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in "like new" condition and show no signs of prior installation or use. Upon Krawler Customs Aftermarket Parts & Accessories approval, items returned after 15 days from the date item was received will only be eligible for in store credit.

Drop Ship Items

  • Drop shipped items should be returned directly to the manufacturer, please refer to your original sales order for verification.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Special order items
  • Items that have been installed, mounted, welded, or altered in any way
  • Discontinued products
  • Electronic tuners that are VIN Locked

Unauthorized Returns

  • Items returned to Krawler Customs Aftermarket Parts & Accessories without a valid RMA number will not be processed.
  • If an unauthorized return is received we will hold it for 5 business days during which time we will attempt to contact the customer to provide the option of shipping the products back at the customer’s expense or disposing of the product without credit.
  • Krawler Customs Aftermarket Parts & Accessories is not responsible for unauthorized return charges including freight or applicable disposal charges.

Return shipping fees are not covered by Krawler Customs Aftermarket Parts & Accessories.

*Disclaimer: Freight Collect Shipments will be refused by Krawler Customs Aftermarket Parts & Accessories. Returned items damaged due to inadequate packing by the customer will be subject to an additional 15% handling fee or loss of credit. Krawler Customs Aftermarket Parts & Accessories is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
